About Me

My name is Bill Downham, and I have resided in the County with my wife Donna and our children since 1990.

Educated in the Ministry, Social Services, Municipal Management, and Real Estate, my desire is to assist individuals and families to acquire a home that will allow them to experience the pride and security of owning property. I also wish to make selling your property as easy as possible, by providing the very best of service.

I bring a unique perspective to Real Estate, as a past Chair of the Hastings and Prince Edward Housing Authority, and the past Chair of the Quinte’s Isle Non Profit Housing Corporation in Picton; I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to own their own home.

My involvement in community life is extensive, and includes being a Past President of the Picton and Belleville Kiwanis Clubs and four time Past Lt. Governor of the Loyalist Division of the Eastern Canada and the Caribbean District of Kiwanis International. I am also a member and the Chaplain of the Red Knights Ont. 7 Motorcycle Club.
